HIGHLIGHTS & ACTIVITIES DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
Day: 1
Airport – Sigiriya
Driving Distance: 150 km
Driving Duration: 3 hours
Upon arriving in Sri Lanka, transfer to the hotel booked. Loosen up and relax after your flight, preparing yourself for the adventure ahead. Transport in air-conditioned vehicle to Sigiriya.
Sigiriya:
Arrive at the hotel and check-in with welcome drink and refreshing towels.
Warmly welcomed by our airport representative, you will be introduced to your dedicated chauffeur for the tour and transferred to Sigiriya.
En route:
- Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a unique project aimed at saving Asian elephants.
- Optionally, visit the Open Zoo, a zoological garden located in Pinnawala.
- Explore the Spice Garden on Kandy Road.
Thereafter, transfer to Sigiriya.
En route:
- Visit Dambulla to explore the famous Golden Rock Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On completion, continue to Sigiriya.
Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

Day 2
Kandy:
After breakfast at the hotel, leave for Sigiriya.
- Climb the rock fortress of Sigiriya (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) – a 5th-century “Fortress in the Sky.”
- Visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden.
- Stop at the Kandy View Point.
In the evening, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic.
Thereafter, enjoy the Kandyan Cultural Show at the Kandyan Arts & Cultural Centre.
Check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day: 3
After Breakfast leaves to Nuwara Eliya
Kandy- Nuwara Eliya

Welcome to Nuwara Eliya:
After breakfast:
- Take the Upper Lake Drive.
- Visit a Batik Factory, an art and craft center, and a gem museum.
En route:
- Visit a Tea Factory and Tea Plantation.
- Stop at the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple and Ramboda Falls in Ramboda.
Check in to your hotel.
Evening:
- Commence the sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya, including:
- Nuwara Eliya Town and Marketplace.
- Golf Course and the Hill Club.
- A drive around this hill station, viewing Lake Gregory.
- Visit Seetha Amman Temple, Ashok Vatika, Gayathri Devi Temple, and Hakgala Botanical Garden.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day: 4
Welcome to Bentota
After breakfast:
- Visit the River Safari and enjoy a fish massage with carps in the Madu River (Cinnamon Island) in Balapitiya.
- Explore the Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda.
Morning:
Spend your time at leisure on the beach or indulge in water sports activities, including:

Evening:
Relax at leisure on the beach.
Overnight stay in Bentota.
